Note FDR’s food commission towards a world food policy. Trade expansion is not an end. A master plan for a new world is needed into which the others fit. … Freedom from want for all men in all lands beginning with the elementary needs of (a) Food (statistics of inefficiency of present diets) (b) shelter (similar statistics relating to environment generally). zic zlu zep zrc
