… Daddy experienced one of life’s greatest joys—listening to a nightingale while lying in a hot bath. I heard three I think later on—lovely them being so near this year. zfl zwl zem

… I fluted, and Mommy and Daddy came out to my house, and we walked to the deserted orchard—where there were fewer orchids than we expected, most being very early this year.
